What browsers are supported for use?

Our courseware works best with latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or with Internet Explorer version 11/Edge and above.

Take a look if there is any warning appearing at the top of this page to ensure your computer has the right settings. If in doubt, please check with your IT that you have Javascript and Cookies enabled.

What if I have technical trouble with registration, login or course access?

Many problems with registration, login or access are caused by browser issues

Here are some things to try:

  • See if there is any warning about your browser at the top of this page to ensure your are using a supported browser, if not, please switch to a current version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Explorer 11/Edge.
  • Check your browser settings to ensure both Javascript and Cookies are enabled.
  • Clear your browser's cache.

Can I access my courses on my smart phone or tablet computer?

At this time, we do not fully support access with mobile devices. While many components of your courses will function some will not.

What is the honor code?

You will find a link to the honor code at the bottom of this page. Each course may also have specific agreements for student collaboration and discussion.

What books should I read? (I am interested in reading materials before the class starts.)

All required academic materials will be provided during the course. Some courses may list additional resources on their course description pages. For supplemental reading material during course, post a question in the course discussion forum to ask your classmates and course staff for suggestions.

Can I download the cases from my course?

Unless specific noted in the course, cases may only be viewed within the browser; downloading them violates copyright laws. If you need or want a hard copy of the book or case, we recommend that you purchase a copy.

How can I meet/find other students?

All courses have discussion forums where you can chat with and help other student within the framework of the course.

How can I talk to professors, fellows and learning coaches?

The discussion forums is the best place to reach out to the teaching team for your class; just post your question. We do our best to respond as promptly as possible.

What if I have problems with the display (e.g., there are tools missing from the course display, or I am unable to view video)?

Please check your browser and settings - JavaScript must be enabled. We recommend downloading and using the current version of either Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Explorer 11/Edge.
